At Siu Law, we understand that a real estate transaction can be an expensive, time-consuming and frustrating process. Our close-knit firm is dedicated to providing unparalleled service. We promote accessibility and provide timely responses via telephone, email or in person, in plain language.
Sheeyin graduated with a Juris Doctor (JD) from Osgoode Hall Law School in June 2024. She previously graduated with distinction from the University of Detroit Mercy, earning a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (BArch), while concurrently completing a Bachelor of General Arts (BA) from the University of Windsor.
Sheeyin brings a range of expertise to Siu Law. Previously, she has worked in both construction and property management. In addition, her law school essay on cross-border business transactions earned her the Winter 2024 Caleb J. Hayhoe prize. Still, perhaps Sheeyin’s most valuable experiences remain those in which she held leadership positions in several equity-seeking student groups, and where she provided pro bono legal assistance to a non-profit organization, testifying to her drive to contribute to the community.
A life-long Richmond Hill native, Sheeyin is familiar with the community and is sensitive to its needs. She is always open to lending a hand and seeks to meet clients and colleagues with the utmost approachability, inclusivity and professionalism.
Outside of work, Sheeyin loves reading, trying different restaurants, watching the Toronto Raptors and playing the harp.
