Andrea was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011, having graduated Osgoode Hall Law School (York University) with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2010. Prior to graduating from law school, Andrea was employed for seven years at a chartered bank, and completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts with Distinction at the University of Toronto (2006).

Andrea Siu

Andrea brings diverse legal experience from community legal aid clinics, boutique firms, mid-sized practices, and Bay Street law firms. Throughout her career, she has practiced in multiple areas including immigration, civil litigation, wills and estates, and real estate law. While this breadth of experience provided invaluable skills, Andrea found herself searching for a truly flexible and people-focused workplace.
 In 2015, Andrea founded Siu Law Professional Corporation with a clear vision: to build an inviting, inclusive, and flexible workplace for herself and her colleagues – a team united by genuine care for their clients and a shared commitment to achieving excellent work-life balance for every staff member.

Today, Andrea and her team are privileged to practice almost exclusively in real estate law for Ontario and Alberta, assisting individuals, families, and businesses with some of the most complex and meaningful transactions in their lives. Andrea takes a collaborative and personalized approach to each transaction, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout the process.
Since 2015, Andrea and her team have grown alongside their clients and community – starting and raising families, pursuing continuing education, and exploring new interests – all while maintaining the work-life balance that inspired the firm's founding.
In her spare time, Andrea enjoys traveling with her family, spoiling the little ones, trying new cuisines, baking and coloring with her girls, and partner social dancing (including Salsa, Bachata, and West Coast Swing).

Sheeyin was called to the Ontario bar in 2025 and graduated with a Juris Doctor (JD) from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2024. She previously graduated with distinction from the University of Detroit Mercy, earning a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (BArch), while concurrently completing a Bachelor of General Arts (BA) from the University of Windsor. Her academic excellence is reflected in her Winter 2024 Caleb J. Hayhoe prize for her law school essay on cross-border business transactions. Beyond her technical abilities, Sheeyin's leadership in equity-seeking student groups and her pro bono work with non-profit organizations demonstrate her deep commitment to serving the community.

A lifelong Richmond Hill native, Sheeyin understands the local community and its needs. She approaches every client and colleague with exceptional approachability, inclusivity, and professionalism, always ready to lend a helping hand.

Outside of work, Sheeyin loves playing her harp, reading, baking, and watching the Raptors.

He has appeared before the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal, handling disputes arising from contentious real estate transactions. This diverse litigation background equips him with the ability to anticipate potential disputes, address legal issues early, and protect clients' interests by ensuring their transactions are handled with foresight and care.

Natalie's multilingual abilities allow her to serve clients in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, making legal services more accessible to diverse communities. Her warm, patient approach ensures that every client feels supported and understood, regardless of their experience level or language preference.

Outside of work, Natalie's interests include learning about child psychology, healthy cooking, yoga, and traveling.
